Responsible for supporting all areas of the revenue cycle, including patient registration, billing, collections, claims and reporting. This role will ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and monitor claims through the entire claims cycle and contribute to the financial stability of OFFOR Health.

- Manage daily operations of the revenue cycle processes in line with company policy and regulatory standards.
- Work with team members to ensure accurate understanding and status’ with claims.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure revenue and claims cycle runs smoothly.
- Perform patient registration, insurance verification, billing, collections, and reporting accurately and promptly.
- Address and resolve issues in the revenue and claims cycle alongside departments (e.g., Clinical Services, IT). Stay current on healthcare billing regulations and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of revenue cycle performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the revenue cycle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field desired but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- In-depth knowledge of medical billing processes, claims processing, and insurance regulations.
- Proficient in healthcare systems and technology, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
