This role is responsible for overseeing infection prevention/control, regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance, process improvement, and professional development. Responsibilities
Quality
- Lead the infection prevention and control program.
- Oversight of the injury control and prevention program.
- Lead and maintain a quality assurance quality improvement committee.
- Oversee the incident reporting system and analysis to develop quality assurance and quality improvement plans, along with execution, to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and maintain compliance programs, promoting awareness and supporting a compliance hotline.
- Coordinate auditing and monitoring for compliance and internal audit work plans.
- Ensure associates adhere to all company and healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining protocols, policies, and processes in line with company expectations, laws, and regulations.
- Maintain requirements of regulatory bodies locally and nationally as they apply to OFFOR Health clinical practices.
- Focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could harm patients, staff, or others by developing risk plans and overseeing execution.
- Design and execute ongoing educational programs for all associates.
- Engage in professional education, maintain certifications, and network with industry peers to ensure up-to-date compliance.
- Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
- Build, delegate, and deliver associate education and training as it relates to OFFOR Health clinical practices.

- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare field, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps.
- Extensive experience in clinical compliance, risk management, and quality assurance within a healthcare setting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with accrediting bodies, preference given to experience with AAAHC.
- ASC experience preferred.
- Proficient in healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Advanced knowledge in infection control practices.
- Expertise in conducting audits and monitoring compliance programs.
- Ability to integrate organizational mission with clinical practices.
- Skilled in developing and implementing education programs for clinical staff.
