Responsibilities

  • Check and scan incoming mail daily, ensuring accurate documentation and distribution to relevant departments.
  • Respond to medical records requests promptly and accurately, including pulling and organizing medical records as needed.
  • Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism, directing calls and routing voicemails to the appropriate party efficiently.
  • Manage paperwork filing systems, ensuring documents are categorized and stored for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to support any additional clerical duties as assigned.
  • Assist with labeling and tagging new equipment, ensuring proper identification and organization in accordance with inventory management protocols.
  • File invoices and related paperwork systematically, maintaining accurate records for auditing and compliance purposes.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Skills & Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree in Office Administration or related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or logistics setting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or logistics setting is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data for reporting purposes.
  • Must be able to work on-site at the Worthington, Ohio location.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems as needed.
